Refine Your Technique at One of Florida’s Most Beloved Dive Sites

Freediving at Blue Heron Bridge offers the perfect balance of accessibility and adventure. Though the site reaches a maximum depth of about 20 feet, its calm, clear waters and rich marine life make it an incredible location to train key freediving skills in a relaxed and inspiring environment.

Each session begins with guided stretches and breathing warm-ups before moving into confined water and shallow-depth exercises. These training sessions are a great way to stay ocean-ready, meet other freedivers in the community, and explore a new dive site if you’re visiting South Florida.
