Elevate Your Freediving Skills at the Scenic Blue Heron Bridge in Florida!

Practice freediving at one of the worlds top shore diving spots. Though limited in depth (20 feet) the Blue Heron Bridge is full of vibrant marine life. This sessions begin with a yoga warm up, followed by some confined water apnea training and shallow depth training.

Confined water training sessions are for certified freedivers that want to take their training to then next level. We will be practicing fundamental freedive training disciplines such as dynamic and static apnea as well as new cutting-edge exercises designed to help you work deeper and longer.
