Welcome to the S3F Mini Deep Camp – a follow-up event to the highly acclaimed South Florida Freedive Fest! Join us in September for four unforgettable days of adventure, camaraderie, and skill-building in the heart of South Florida’s freediving paradise.

Friday, September 8th kicks off the event with an 8:00 am meetup and sign-in at Phil Foster Park in Rivera Beach, FL. From 8:30 am to 1:00 pm, practice free immersion and constant weights line diving in warm, clear waters and under the supervision of professionals. Aftewards, recharge and unwind during the lunch break at Peanut Island, savoring delicious newly created sandwiches from Luigi Di Roma. From 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm, enhance your safety knowledge during a workshop, followed by an exploration of the reefs surrounding Peanut Island.
Saturday, September 9th the morning begins with serenity as we indulge in Yoga, Breathwork & Meditation at Pompey Park, setting the perfect tone for the day ahead. From 9:00 am to 12:30 pm, join us for pool training at Pompey Park Pool, honing your freediving skills under professional guidance.
During the lunch break at Luigi Di Roma, share experiences and forge lasting connections with fellow freedivers. At 3:00 pm, gather for an engaging workshop, followed by an open chat session to exchange insights and ideas.
Sunday, September 10th’s excitement starts at 8:00 am with another round of captivating Open Water Line Diving at Phil Foster Park, surrounded by stunning marine life. After a rejuvenating lunch break, join us at 3 pm for Yoga, Breathwork, and Meditation at the serene Kelsey Park, rejuvenating mind and body.
And if you’re up for even more fun, join us on September 11th – “Monday Funday” for optional Recreational Freediving among mesmerizing reefs and wrecks, starting at 8:00 am. Conclude the adventure with a delightful Going Away Lunch at Frigates, cherishing memories made throughout this incredible experience.
