Freedive Training in the Open Waters of Florida!

Practice free immersion and constant weight freedives under the guidance of professionals. Our instructors will provide and set up line diving equipment as well as safety and oversight. Whether you’re looking to improve technique, depth, or just enjoy the peace and serenity of freediving in the big blue, we’ve got you covered!

Live Free Diving operates its own licensed and insured freediving boat, ‘FINS UP’, a 26’ Aquasport equipped with a U.S Coast Guard certified captain.

  • Water (preferably not single use plastic)
  • Sunscreen (preferably reef safe)
