Advanced Freediver Course – Level 2

Refine and improve your freediving skills in Florida!

Achieving a new breath hold time or reaching a new depth is an incredible feeling. It satisfies that very personal desire to do your best and be proud of what you can accomplish. The Advanced Freediver Course – Level 2 is designed to fulfill that personal need to refine and improve your freediving skills, allowing you to progress slowly while learning how your body performs during apnea.

With a maximum of four students, and a student to instructor ratio of 4:1, Live Free Diving offers a level of interaction that is unmatched in the Freediving industry. The class is offered over two and a half days, promising more time in the water for students. Our instructors will be there with you every step of the way, providing you the feedback you need to safely reach the next level as a freediver.

What to expect

The course is offered over two days and has a maximum of four students, with a student-to-instructor ratio of 4:1. This allows for a high level of interaction and feedback.

You will learn advanced freediving techniques and equipment, and practice these skills in both confined and open water environments. You will also have the opportunity to take home videos and photos of your dives with instructions for optimizing technique.

Prerequisites

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Have a Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another freediver organization)
• Must complete a Medical Form

Schedule

Saturday:

• 9:00AM-4:00PM: Advanced Freediver Knowledge Development, Breathwork/Meditation/Equalization Workshops, Yoga for Freediving Session, and Advanced Freediver Confined Water Pool Training

Sunday:

• 7:30AM-2:30PM: Open Water Line Diving, Lunch and Recap
