Ready to dive deeper, stay longer, and move with greater efficiency and control? The PADI Advanced Freediver Course is designed for those who have completed Level 1 (or have equivalent certification experience) and are ready to refine their technique, expand breath-hold capacity, and improve depth performance — safely and mindfully.

Led by Kaleigh “Keke” McBride, one of the USA’s top female freediving instructors, this course blends personalized coaching, proven performance methods, and intentional training that helps you unlock your full potential beneath the surface.

At Live Free Diving, we believe in mindful progression — not pressure. Every dive, stretch, and breath is taught with purpose so that you build confidence and control with every session.

What You’ll Learn

• Advanced Relaxation & Breathing Techniques: Master equalization, relaxation, and visualization to extend your bottom time and deepen your comfort.
  
• World-Class Yoga & Stretching Routines: Practices used by elite freedivers worldwide to improve flexibility, awareness, and ease of movement.
  
• Personalized Dive Footage: Review video of your dives with expert feedback to fine-tune body position, finning efficiency, and form.
  
• Rescue Skills & Risk Management: Learn to anticipate, prevent, and respond to potential issues safely and calmly.
  

Where & When

Courses are offered during the summer months in South Florida, or as part of select Live Free Diving travel experiences and retreats. This allows us to ensure ideal conditions, individualized coaching, and the highest-quality training experience.

Open-water sessions take place in clear, calm conditions, with inland training options available when needed.

Course Pricing:

• Scheduled Group Course: $650 per person
• Private Course:
  • $2,000 up to 2 people
  • $4,000 up to 4 people
• Boat Fee: $150 per person

Boat fees are not included in the course price and will be automatically charged to the card on file on the day of your open-water session. This fee helps cover boat operations, fuel, and crew aboard Two Fins up — spacious, comfortable, and private for our group.

What to expect

This 2-day course is limited to just four students and includes:

• Classroom theory and technique sessions
• Confined water training
• Two open-water sessions

You’ll receive personalized feedback, ample in-water time, and opportunities to refine your skills. We’ll also capture photos and videos of your dives, giving you visual tools to track your progress and perfect your technique.

Prerequisites

• Must be at least 15 years old
• Have a PADI Freediver certification (or a qualifying certification from another organization)
• Must complete a Medical Form
