Here’s a glimpse of what your week might look like:
Day 1 — Arrival & Welcome
Arrive in Barbados and settle into your tropical villa just steps from the sea. In the afternoon, we’ll gather for a relaxed meet & greet and orientation, followed by sunset happy hour and a family-style dinner. It’s the perfect way to ease into the island flow and connect with your fellow retreat guests.
Day 2 — Breath & Depth
Start the day with beach yoga to open the body and quiet the mind before heading to the water for your first freediving session. Today’s focus is on comfort, safety, and reconnecting with your breath. In the afternoon, we’ll dive deeper into technique during a Safety & Statics Workshop at our private villa pool, ending with another sunset and shared dinner at the villa.
Day 3 — Posing & Play
After morning yoga and ocean dives, we’ll explore underwater posing and creative movement — helping you capture elegant, natural moments on camera while exploring the vibrant coral and shallow shipwrecks.
In the evening, experience the local energy at the Oistins Fish Fry, a lively night of food, music, and island culture.
Day 4 — Lionfish Workshop & Ocean-to-Table Cook-Up
Enjoy a slow morning before heading out for a Lionfish Hunting Workshop, learning about reef conservation and sustainable ocean practices. We’ll finish the day with a hands-on cook-up, sharing stories and a meal made from the day’s catch — true ocean-to-table dining.
Day 5 — Wrecks, Rays & Reefs
Today’s dive adventures take us to some of Barbados’ most stunning underwater locations — historic shipwrecks, coral gardens, and possibly stingray encounters. The afternoon is open for rest or optional local activities, with a relaxed evening back at the villa.
Day 6 — Explore & Restore
Take a slower pace with morning yoga, a beachside breakfast, and the option to join the Mount Gay Rum Distillery experience, or simply spend the day relaxing by the sea. Guests can also explore more of the island or join our friends at Barbados Blue for a scuba adventure. We’ll regroup in the evening for a laid-back dinner and sunset connection.
Day 7 — Shore Dive & Closing Circle
Our final full day brings a shore dive session, perfect for capturing last underwater shots or revisiting favorite techniques.
We’ll close the retreat with a reflection circle — celebrating growth, creativity, and the connections formed — followed by a farewell family dinner under the stars.
Day 8 — Departure Day
One last beach yoga flow and breakfast before we say our goodbyes. Depart feeling refreshed, inspired, and deeply connected to the ocean — carrying home not just beautiful memories, but stunning underwater content and lifelong friendships.
