Join our local and experienced crew on an unforgettable adventure that blends ocean exploration with fresh, local flavors. We’ve traveled the world to snorkel, freedive, and spearfish—sampling some of the best ceviche along the way. Inspired by our travels, we’ve crafted our own take on this classic dish, using mostly locally sourced ingredients grown right here in South Florida.
These days, people are more disconnected than ever from their food—most meals come wrapped in plastic, from who knows where. One of the biggest inspirations behind this tour is to promote mindful eating and help people reconnect with their food sources.
Spearfishing is the most sustainable way to harvest fish, with zero bycatch, no habitat destruction, and the ability to selectively target only what is needed. Our experienced guide will demonstrate this method in action, giving you the chance to observe from the boat or jump in with a mask and snorkel for a closer look.
After the hunt, we’ll anchor in a beautiful spot and dive into a hands-on ceviche workshop. Learn how to prepare fresh fish the way we do here in South Florida—simple, fresh, and full of flavor. You’ll chop, mix, and season your way to the perfect ceviche, using the day’s catch. And, of course, the best part—sitting back and enjoying the fruits of your labor with an ocean view.
