Experience 5 Days of Freediving in South Florida!
Get ready for the 4th Annual South Florida Freedive Fest, a 5-day celebration of freediving from July 8th-13th, 2026! This event has been a massive hit over the past three years, and we’re back with even more excitement. Dive into open water and pool training, engage in workshops, and connect with the community and participate in friendly competitions—perfect for all skill levels.
You can look forward to an exciting schedule with ocean live diving & fun wreck dives, pool training, engaging workshops, and friendly challenges with exciting prizes. A celebration dinner will conclude the event on Sunday. Please note that accommodations, meals, gear and transportation are not included. We do recommend booking at the Best Western – Palm Beach Lakes as this is the host hotel were most activities and workshops will take place (and for a discounted SFFF rate!)
All skill levels welcome! However, you must be freedive certified to attend. Not certified? Not a problem! Come early and earn your PADI Freediver certification! E-mail us at [email protected] to discuss getting certified ahead of time.

Tentative Schedule
Each day includes optional morning yoga and breathwork sessions, in water training, workshops, group meals, and community gatherings designed to help you connect, learn, and dive deeper — both in the water and within yourself.
Day 0 — Wednesday, July 8- Welcome & Check-in Day

- 6pm Check in & Registration
- 6:30pm Opening Ceremony & Orientation
- 7:30pm Community Cookup — casual welcome dinner, meet your instructors and fellow divers
Day 1 — Thursday, July 9th- Pool Day- Safety, Statics & Fun Challenges

- 7am Morning Yoga & Breathwork
- 8am-10am Pool Workshop
- 10am Breakfast Break
- 11:30am-1:30 pm Pool Workshop- dynamic drills & challenges
- 3:30pm-6pm Afternoon Workshops
- 6:30pm Community Cookup — share stories and tips from your first day
Day 2 — Friday, July 10th- Freedive Friday- Warm up fun day

- 8:30am-1:30pm Wreck Dives- warm up day and fun dives exploring local ship wrecks!

- 1:30-2:30pm Lunch Break
- 2:30-5:30pm Afternoon Workshops
- 6:30pm Community Cookup — sunset hangout & dinner
Day 3 — Saturday, July 11th- Depth & Development Day

- 7am Yoga & Breathwork
- 8:30-12:30pm Line Diving- coached sessions, technique refinement & personalized feedback
- 12:30-2:30pm Lunch Break
- 2:30-5:30pm Afternoon Workshops

Day 4 — Sunday, July 12th- PB Day, Celebrations & Closing Ceremony
📍 Locations: Lake Park Marina + Luigi Di Roma, Deerfield Beach
- 7am Yoga & Breathwork
- 8:30-12:30pm Open Water Training — go for that PB!
- 12:30 Lunch Break & Chill Time
- 5pm Closing Ceremony & Dinner at Luigi Di Roma — celebration, awards, and good vibes
Day 5 — Monday, July 13th- Optional: “Monday Funday” (Explore South Florida!)

Choose from a variety of local activities with your new freedive friends and go explore some other fun activities that south florida has to offer! We will be hosting a sunrise freedive at Blue Heron Bridge or for additional fee, join some of our partners for reef diving, shark diving, photography & more! More details will be shared soon but you can expect:
