Keke and Farrell have teamed up with Professor Jonathan Dickinson to offer HHP 1031-OL, an online freediving course designed to introduce you to the fundamentals of freediving. This one-credit elective is available every semester:
- Fall A/B
- Spring A/B
- Summer A/B
What You’ll Learn:
This virtual course, hosted through Canvas, covers essential freediving theory, including:
- Freedive Safety
- Freediving Equipment
- Breathing Techniques for Freediving
- Physiology & Physics of Freediving
Course Requirements:
- Two required video calls during Week 2 and Week 6 at 6 PM EST
- Engaging course materials to help you build a strong foundation in freediving
Take Your Learning Further:
After successfully completing the course, you’ll have the opportunity for in-water training and the chance to earn a Level 1 Freediver Certification!
