This trip requires a minimum of 4 participants to run. Please wait for official confirmation that the trip is proceeding before purchasing plane tickets or making any non-refundable arrangements. If you choose to book in advance, we strongly recommend purchasing trip protection or options that allow for cancellations to safeguard your expenses.

We hope you are never in the position where you need to cancel your trip, but we understand that things happen, so here’s our policy:
- $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot
- 60 days or less: payments will be refunded with exception of a $250 administration fee and the non-refundable deposit. You can use the non-refundable deposit on another trip in the future.
- 30 days or less before the trip starts: no refund. We will try our best to re-sell your spot. If we are able to re-sell your spot we can transfer your balance minus an administration fee of $300 to a credit (valid for 2 years) to use on another retreat. If we cannot re-sell your spot no credit transfer or refund is available.
