Peanut Island Cleanup – EARTH DAY!

Quick Details

Per Person

Let’s come together to make a positive impact on our planet by cleaning up Peanut Island! On this Earth Day, join us in preserving the beauty of our local marine environment from 7:00 am to 9:00 am on Monday, April 22nd.

We’ll be providing boat rides from Phil Foster Park to Peanut Island starting at 7:00 am and again at 7:30 am. Look forward to a scenic journey as we embark on this mission to protect our precious coastal ecosystem.

Alternative Transportation

If you’re an avid paddler, feel free to meet us at 7:00 am for a guided paddle led by our Chief of Sustainability to Peanut Island. Remember to bring your own SUP or kayak for this exciting eco-friendly journey!

Cleanup Locations

Together, we’ll tackle the lagoon, sandbar, and areas surrounding the island to ensure every corner is restored to its natural beauty. Guests will have the option to cleanup the shoreline or in the water. The cleanup is planned around high tide to ensure best visibility.Β

Supplies Provided

Participants will receive a trash bag and gloves to aid in the cleanup efforts. Together, we’ll make a tangible difference in reducing marine debris and preserving our local habitat.

This event is completely free of charge, and your participation will make a meaningful contribution to our collective efforts in environmental stewardship. If you would like to make a donation to Palm Beach Counties coastal enhancement and restoration efforts, please do so during the booking process.

Let’s unite in the spirit of Earth Day to protect and cherish our natural surroundings. Together, we can create a cleaner, healthier environment for generations to come. See you there! πŸŒΏπŸš£β€β™‚οΈ
