Itinerary

Workshop Overview

Day 1: November 30, 2024

Session 1 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Breathing workshop: Learn basic, advanced, and extreme breathing exercises to maximize efficiency and relaxation.
Static apnea training: Practice static apnea tables and warm-up routines, culminating in a maximum attempt.
Break (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Session 2 (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

Dynamic apnea (no fins): Focus on technique correction and achieve your maximum attempt.

Day 2: December 1, 2024

Session 1 (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.)

Breathing warm-up (same practice as Day 1)
Dynamic apnea with bifins: Training and maximum attempt.
Break (12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m.)

Session 2 (1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.)

Dynamic apnea with monofin: Training and maximum attempt.
